WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT OPEN?

The doors open at 5:00 PM for those who have purchased VIP tickets

General Admission opens at 7:00 PM.

Is this an all ages event?

No. The Swashbuckler’s Ball is a 21+ event and ID will be checked at the door.

will tickets be available at the gate?

Yes. General Admission tickets will be available for $85 at the front gate at 7pm via cash or card. VIP tickets will not be available for purchase the night of the event. Online ticket sales will close at 12:00 P.M. PST on January 16th.


is the venue accessible to wheelchairs and other mobility devices?

Yes! The venue is accessible by ramp, and there is an elevator that can transport guests between all three floors of the venue. Some bars on the lower level are not wheelchair accessible. Though seating on the main floor is reserved for VIP guests, there is seating in many of the bars for those looking to rest their feet.

are weapons permitted with my costume?

Blades and non-firing replica flintlocks as part of a costume are permissible. Your weapons will be peace-tied upon entry at the door. Drawing of a weapon is grounds for immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK? IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSIT AVAILABLE TO THE EVENT?

There is ample onsite parking!

If you are planning on imbibing, we highly encourage you take the MAX light rail Orange line, call an Uber/Lyft/cab, or carpool with your crew to the event. There is no excuse for drinking and driving! 

The Tri-Met MAX light rail Orange line has a stop half a block away. TriMet’s Trip Planner gives you step-by-step travel directions from your location by bus, light rail, or streetcar.

There is a newly built Park-and-Ride directly adjacent to the venue, with a footbridge that connects to the venue parking lot.

IS THERE A COAT CHECK?

Yes. We will have a staffed coat check upon entry. The cost is $1 per item, and free for VIP guests.
